Equipment selection can be confusing given the number of brands on the market. We only use the best for the job and won’t let you get this wrong.

  • When diving on one breath, it is important to be efficient and save energy for what counts. We use time and motion studies to optimize your buoyancy and how you cut through water. Unlike scuba, there are no safety stops - We don’t stop! These courses are a legacy mixed with scientific knowledge and years of experience in competitive freediving.   • The only advantage to have a scuba tank strapped to your back is that you can spend more time at the bottom. Otherwise Freediving takes the lead in every aspect. Unlike scuba, you are free to go wherever you want in any direction at any depth. Spearfishing with a scuba tank is illegal in most parts of the world and just ineffective because large fish are smart enough to recognize your bubbles. Same thing with large animals, they don’t like scuba bubbles and swim away making interaction more difficult and almost impossible. Scuba is simply unnatural, very slow in comparison and limited.
